Therapist - Nidhi Kala

In 2012, Nidhi Kala graduated from Kurukshetra University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Since 2012 she has been treating patients in the outpatient setting for orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. Nidhi Kala completed her Masters of Exercise Science in 2014 from Arkansas State University and continued treating patient with a focus of rehabilitating and restoring range of motion by healing soft tissue injuries. She is well trained and established physical therapist with great clinical knowledge and exceptional judgement when it comes to patient management and care. Her philosophy is focused on function and measurable improvement of the injured patient. She is a master at teaching patients proper stretching techniques and how to maintain a good posture while performing daily activities. Nidhi is passionate about her patients improving and delivers hands-on physical therapy treatment with all her patients.

During the past decade she has changed the lives of thousands of injured patients helping them with exercising, strength training, endurance, range of motion, balance, stability and most important the ability to physically maintain their bodies through the proper teaching and training. She has worked in many different settings throughout the years and with the experience she gained she has become an expert listener and in combination her professional judgement to dial in on a care plan for each patient to achieve the best improvement for her patents in the least amount of time. Patients feel very comfortable with Nidhi due to her soft and comforting bedside manner and ability to help each patient’s specific needs. She is currently pursing Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University which helps her to keep up with the current guidelines of treatment approaches.
